David Wertman established his career in the New York Jazz Scene of the 1970's. For over 30 years he has been performing, composing and recording in the growing field of Improvised Music.
David is a composer bound to impress his listening audience with a varied program and original conception of Jazz Music. His approach to the Bass combines the pure resonant tone of the classicist with swinging rhythms, innovative technique and emotional power.
FOREST DANCE contains music of a sweeping creative energy. Inspired by World Music it is full of exotic rhythms and rich harmonies.
